Gentlemen,
I beg to inform you that I arrived in England
by the .. "Mantua" on the 9th instant and that my ad rege will be as above until further notice.
I have been invalided from the Hong Kong Police Force suffering from a tuberculous complaint, and I was
in formed, prior to leaving Hong Kong, that the Crown Agents would be requested to arrange for my admittance to Sanatoria for the treatment of this complaint.
I should be glad if you would inform me if such
request has been made by the Hong Kong authorities 28 I am
anxious to commence treatment as early as possible.
